I’ve been shopping on temu since 2022. I never really had a problem. It was GREAT ordering from temu. But i ordered just a small package and it said it would come around 5pm. I was waiting for it all day and at 3 pm i was going out to the store. I went outside, and found something in my yard. It was a white packaged box. And I walk up to it and it was my PACKAGE. Temu is great to order from but do they really need to just leave it on my yard like that? You could’ve left it on my doorstep like a normal person would. It was just a few steps away from the street. It was really rude just to leave it there and i don’t know if i can trust ordering from there again. This isn’t the first time I've seen myself and others get our package THROWN into our lawn, and even our front-door. No wonder the stuff inside are always broken, bent, or folded. Because its been through a LOT. Literally. I honestly never had a problem with temu, lots of people say its a scam. At least it’s better than shein. I just can’t believe people are so cruel enough they just throw a package like that. Even amazon workers are better. You are treating the package like garbage. It’s like we are wasting our money for your laziness. Most people say their stuff is broken and have trouble returning it. Thats the problem. Cruel and lazy people like them don’t take the time just to leave it on the doorstep.

Temu is a really great app where you can buy lots of things for less money and when I mean LESS I mean LESS it is honestly a really great app buttttt I have purchased a lot of stuff and on my phone it says 10 dollars minimum andddd sometimes it just when I wanna buy one thing that is like 1.48 and it says ten dollars minimum so I purchase a lot more thing just so I can buy the one thing I want and honestly Temu is a great app!!I would highly recommend!but other then that I have no other companies and like I said before Temu is an excellent app!.

None of the games actually will pay you out. The amount needed to spin will only be 10 but each new user only gives you 1 token when you’re about to win vs the 10 that it gives or 160 in my case for the first new user. If you’re just using it to get a cheap pot stainer, electric water gun, or phone case you’ll be fine just steer clear of the rest of the app it’s not dishonest it’s all in the rules but it is manipulative and makes me feel like I’m at the casino cause I’m “so close to getting the cash reward”.

So many items to choose from. I did most of my back to school shopping for my classroom from Temu. I will say that you should pay attention to the details and not just the pictures. Sometimes the pictures show items in different colors and sizes and after purchasing I found the items to be different but when I went back to read the information it stated the product I received and I just hadn’t paid attention. All those free gifts promotions can lead you down the rabbit hole.
Too many notifications and prices aren’t much cheaper

Everyone keeps talking about this app like it’s the greatest thing in the world, but I find their prices are not really any cheaper in comparison to what I pay in my own hometown. I had to turn the notifications off after the first day, because they just want my money, and I don’t like that. It’s too much. The next day, I deleted it.
Begging for money, with these notifications is pathetic.
I hate capitalism.#VoteDemocrat

At first I am skeptical to order from this flatform because I thought it’s a scam or worst counterfeit and low quality items until my friend told me that he have ordered already a lot from it so I tried. I was amazed that it’s free of shipping and the items were super good quality yet of very low price and the best thing is they refund you right away if you return a damaged or of any reason.Go try and you won’t regret it!

i loved everything that i’ve ordered, nothing was off or anything of dat matter. my only problem with the app is when u play the games it’s basically a scam. before u receive the credits or your free gifts it’s basically using you to get more people to download the app. and after u get “new users” u have to just keep inviting and inviting until you eventually give up because you know you’re not going to get it.

It is a really cool place for pretty nice things. The shipping is really fast! The bags they come in are a bit funky and kind of look suspicious and sometimes the boxes are torn or smooshed but the items are usually in good condition. Make sure you look at the sizes of things because a lot of them come smaller then expected. I rate it 5/5 stars. Definitely will continue to use it and tell others about it too!

Say what you will, people who knock Temu haven’t used it. As a daycare owner and mother I have had no issues with any of my items. And even when something arrived I wasn’t expecting or didn’t fit, I was given a full refund no questions asked. Will DEFINITELY continue to shop here. Love the app, good communication from both temu and the mail carrier. 10/10 can’t recommend enough.

I buy jewelry displays, many items for myself from temu. Packaging is not the best but items I bought were well worth the price and good quality. I had a problem two times. Both times Temu solved the problem in less than 1 minute. I will continue buying here and I have to add customer service is not 5, I think they deserve 10 stars. Thank you Temu.
