On the date of aug 12th,2022 I had taken my 2002 Lexus LS430 to Lexus of south Hampton Long Island NY for preventative maintenance, the car was coming up on its 100,000 mile mark so I didn’t wanna take any chances by going to a side machanic just to end up with issues so I thought i was doing the right thing! Well to my demise that was the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life this would turn out to be a nightmare. They told me the car would be ready in a week, they were to replace timing belt water pump, valve cover gaskets, brakes,rotors, transmission flush, tie rods etc! 2weeks pass by I get a call from the general manager stating they flush the transmission and now it’s not going into reverse 🤔 well sir I never had an issue with the transmission before and it was going into reverse when I bring it here so please take care of the issue, 3week, four weeks, five weeks goes by I call how’s it going oh yeah the machanic dropped some tools in the exhaust by accident we have to send the car off to another shop to get this taken care of🤔ok! Six weeks,seven weeks go by and I get a call from Cynthia the maintenance supervisor she say oh do you have an extra key for the car we lost the key🤔🤔🤔🧐8weeks pass nine weeks finally on nov 12th 2022 3months later, they give me a call hey it’s ready you can pick her up! I’m excited if your a Lexus owner as I have been since 1992 this was gonna be a moment for me and my wife well we get there the next day and we’re sooo excited Cynthia goes ok you can make payment now ok np let me check her out first I go to the car she’s looking beautiful I open the trunk all the brand new parts were still sitting in the trunk untouched I go to start the car and it’s feeling off time I’m like wait a minute put the car in gear and go to pull off and there’s a clunking sound now none of this was an issue when I brung her in. I asked to speak to the general manager he comes out and begins to tell me he don’t know what’s going on I told him I need my car fixed for what I paid for which was six thousand dollars for this job they had to give me another loaner car so they can keep the car and get to the bottom of it! A week later I get a call ok now she’s ready me and my wife gets back they’re for the second time to take the car! I’m a aarp member so they were supposed to honor my 8percent discount in which the Gm didn’t wanna honor so I start recording him lying about All that he told me he gets upset storms through the shop trying to get away from me he then calls the cops stating that I was a threat to’em police arrive and I have everything on video and explained to them what all went wrong the officers found me to be correct so they ordered him to honor my 8percent!! Ok we drive off the lot get one mile from the dealership and the car stalls then cut off on the highway I called the officer who we just dealt with he came to we’re we were and ordered the dealership to pick us up! Now I’m late for work not good the machanic who supposedly worked on the car got it going and he drove I road with him in the passenger seat as he tells me yeah I am the one who dropped the tools in the exhaust🤔 that’s not what they told me but I’m just letting him talk so again I had to leave the car take another demo and we’re off!! Make a long story short I took they’re registered I’d license to make a complaint to dmv just as I called corporate to report of this foolery corporate says we’re not gonna do anything! Dmv says in order to make this claim I had to take the car to another machanic pay them for an assessment we’ll come to find out they frauds me and my family they don’t change the timing belt didn’t replace the head gaskets nothing not anything I got the whole experience on video they cut my converters out I have s whole in my exhaust do to the having to take the tools out and patching it back up in s nutshell Lexus of south Hampton committed fraud this is the worst experience ever in my life I can’t believe that a dealership can do this and think they’re will be no consequences I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this so if your s Lexus owner don’t take your vehicle to Lexus of south Hampton ever!! They are complete frauds I’m still dealing with this matter the car is now off timing will not go into reverse and the 2nd day of having the car Back my wife going to work and something exploded in the engine bay!!! This is so sad they completely dismantle my vehicle!! I vowed to have this vehicle in my family forever now I’m dealing with the legal matter of the bull this should never happen to anyone!!!!!!

The Many Waters Cleaning service I’ve gotten I think through the thumb tack app, has been a really good cleaning service they get you on an online account where your credit card is stored for payment. Then I’m reminded the day of two preceding my upcoming cleaning appointment. I’ve had 3 of Samuel’s cleaners when my regular person Collin was out and they’ve all been really good cleaners, with such a positive attitude and they always asks if alls been done as I’ve wanted and needed. On their website you have a dashboard where you can specify different cleaning help in an upcoming appt. Whether general, deep cleaning and/or several additional kinds of jobs like washing thff rd interior of your windows, or stove and oven cleaning etc. all which helps you customize what work you may need to get done. I like having the company phone number where I can talk with Samuel too in case I can’t reach their office online—or stuff can’t be done that way. Nothing about the app is really intuitive, so though it does what I need, it needs something like “Clippy”. Yes! That’s exactly what it needs! Maybe you partner with Microsoft (yes, you read that right) to use Clippy as the new device setup wizard! Everyone loves Clippy, and the app could use a wizard. Oh, and while you’re at it, it’s long overdue for a name change. Why not release Google House, but also leave Google Home hanging around for years? Tell everyone that Google Home will be phased out, but then, out of nowhere release a different app (like a furniture shopping app) that is called - yep, Google Home! Then, when no one knows which app does what, kill them all off and start over.

93 y/o Mom needed 24/7 care after breaking a hip, and Home Instead stepped up to the challenge. They sent reliable, nice, trustworthy people that knew how to care for someone in her position. They worked with us to whittle down the staff as she needed less help. We ended up with the nicest most caring person, Fannie. She has become part of the family and been so good to our mom. She is always in a cheerful mood and loves taking out mom out on adventures (doctors and then a fun lunch 🤣) This makes all the difference in the world to how our mom feels. For years. Although I wish the long time big of password reset issues was fixed. You’ll put in the right thing, soon after changing it doesn’t work. Not too bad. The search helped me find a song when Spotify couldn’t thanks for your auto pop up of the app! Saved me some displeasure. Kept me happy for years. Definitely love the camera lens for bugs and plants! Will say the translator for pictures is a bit off if the Google cannot understand custom fonts. Thanks a bunch to everyone that works at Google! 💪🏽
