I’ve had an issue that every time I log into app to check who’s working, what modifications were done, etc., it syncs my calendar and adds a new event in my iPhone.
1) I’ll have 3-7 shift notifications on every day I work dependent on how many times I open the app
2) if changes are made by management for my start times, the app doesn’t edit or delete the previous calendar events, but adds to it. So I’m stuck logging into the app to check the right time. Then like I said before, the app will sync and add a shift on each day.
3) time zones are not syncing. I just came back from a vacation and all the events it added changed the times to the time zone I was on vacation.
App is horrendous, it either doesn’t work or puts dial-up internet to shame with length of time required to complete a simple task. Messages will reset on their own as you’re typing a simple, “can’t make it in today” text. It’s been happening for years with no attempt to fix. I’m leaving my job soon and will probably be asking future employers if they use this system, if they do, I’ll simply keep looking.

I have never ever been driven to write a review for any app but man. This app provides the most annoying user experience. 90% of the time when I’m trying to go over my work schedule the all either crashes, not loads, or takes ages to load before turning to a blank screen. This is the most regrettable $2 I’ve spent on an app. And it seems like my colleagues at work are running into the same issues. As much as I hate using this app I have no other choice. Unless you really need to see your schedule on your phone. Please just use the web browser version
Im so fed up using this app (which I have to for my job anyways) every time I try to do anything the network connection is awful, my wifi works good and all my other apps at home run very smooth, but I have to wait 5 mins for anything to load on this one, sometimes nothing loads at all and i have to close the app and start over. I’m literally just trying to post a shift and I can’t get to anything, it’s constantly in a loading screen. Fix the issues man, this is ridiculous
This app is awful. Anytime I click to open, I get a spinning wheel or it takes FOREVER to open up. It’s so slow that my coworker released a shift for me to pick up, and by the time the app finally opened it was already taken by another employee. I have tried quitting and reopening every time and still the same lag time. If I switch from HS to another app and back, for example text messages, still the same loading issue. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
This app crashes every single day and there’s always something not loading or loading awfully wrong. Yesterday (and most other days) the entire app wouldn’t load in peak afternoon hours, and tonight the staff list and rosters are blank. What is the point of paying like $2-$7 for this app when its free site works better? A rock would make a better app than this. Quit messing with ppls money is all I will say…
i’ve been at my job for almost two years now, and over the past 4 months the app won’t load for me at all! The worst part is the website works fine, but i paid for this app for the convenience of not having to log in each time and so i don’t have to go through googling it just to see my schedule! What’s the point in PAYING for an app to see my schedule easily and conveniently if it won’t even work!
The app is pretty good, unless you have two jobs that both use it for scheduling, but it NEVER loads. I’m not sure how this app has 4.5 stars because everyone I work with says the same thing about it and for a paid app the gets money from employers as well you would think they could have strong enough servers to load your schedule when you need to see it.
Two weeks after I wrote my other review I’m back to provide more feedback. They tried to improve the app but still has absolutely no reliability… app opens to a blank loading screen all the time. No matter how strong and secure the network connection it, this app doesn’t work. I’ve been late and almost missed my shift because I couldn’t open the app!
this app has always had occasional crashes but this past 2 or 3 weeks it’s been awful. it takes anywhere from 2 minutes to an hour to even load my schedule. the layout is outdated and the features aren’t really helpful or relevant. i don’t post reviews on apps but i felt the need with this one. irritating and stressful to work with this app.
